Is it safe to use my credit card? Absolutely. We have taken every precaution to make your transactions
secure. Our Internet site is built on the Miva (tm) shopping system
which utilizes industry-standard security measures, including SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer). Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you
the option of submitting your order by telephone or fax at the numbers
below. All account information submitted to us is safely isolated from
unauthorized Internet access.
Sales Tax Sales tax will only apply to residents of the US State in which we are
registered, but not to any other US state or the rest of the world.
How can I pay for my order? We accept the main credit cards. We also accept checks and money orders.
Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have
been verified. If you are sending a check, please send it to the name
and address given below.
How much will my shipping
charges be? During the order process, you will be given a list of different shipping
methods from which you can pick the one that suits you. The total cost
of goods and the cost of shipping as well as sales taxes if applicable
are clearly displayed. Shipping days are calculated using business days.
We do not ship items on Sat. or Sun. UPS also does not count the day the
item is shipped as a day in transit. If you need an item rushed or by a
specific date please contact us.
What if I need to return my
order?
We
will be happy to accept returns on most unused merchandise within 14
days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot
accept returns on used or opened items - as we guarantee the purity,
freshness, and authenticity of the products we sell.
If you need to return an unused or
unopened item, simply send us a request to return the merchandise via
email at

or phone us at 800.300.2561. We will proceed to give you a Return
Authorization Number. Be sure to tell us which items you wish to return.
When we approve your request we will notify you via email or on the
phone and you will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Then you may
send us the unopened, unused and in saleable condition merchandise,
along with your Return Authorization Number. Once we receive your
returned merchandise we will credit the original credit card used for
purchase. Shipping costs are not refunded unless the return is from a Michael Marcus error. We ask that you specify the reason for your
return in the email or phone call as we love to learn how to serve you
better!
What if you don't have all of
the items in stock? If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered
automatically (domestic orders only). For international orders, we will
E-mail you of the missing items to confirm the balance of your order.
What is your policy on Privacy? We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We
may choose to do so in the future with trustworthy third parties, but
you can tell us not to by sending an e-mail message to the address
below. Also, we may provide aggregate statistics about our customers,
sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable
third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally
identifying information.
